Bio:

My name is Ryan Hefflick, and I am the President of the Winterburn Bottle Depot in West Edmonton. Since its inception in 2016, Winterburn Bottle Depot has earned recognition, including the Industry Program Excellence Award in 2017.

I began my journey in this industry in 2006 as the owner of a rural depot in Jasper National Park. I have also served on the ABDA Board as a Director from 2012 to 2017 and again from 2022 to the present. With nearly 20 years of direct industry experience, I bring a diverse skill set and extensive connections from outside the industry. In particular, my background includes roles as a senior manager in a regulated utility and partner in a growing technology company. These experiences equip me to help our organization navigate the governmental and technological challenges and opportunities we face.

I look forward to continuing my work with the ABDA in advancing our strategic vision and priorities.
