Canmore Bottle Depot - November 2016

On Friday, the staff of the Canmore Bottle Depot celebrated a Depot Award of Excellence, as well as a win for one of their customers in the most recent Applaud a Depot draw.

Their customer, Genia, took the time to leave some positive feedback through Applaud a Depot last month, which was drawn out of all submissions for Depots around the province. Genia’s Applaud read:

“Always happy, helpful, and friendly, the staff at the Canmore Bottle Depot deserve to be applauded! I ENJOY taking my bottles and cans in!”

Depot operator Ike Dhanda and the staff were joined by local media and a town councillor as they enjoyed a well-deserved meal and celebration.

The Canmore Bottle Depot was also a recipient of a 2016 Programs Excellence Award, which is presented by the Beverage Container Management Board (BCMB). This award recognizes excellence in areas such as Depot inspections, the industry’s mystery shopper program, and container volume increases over the past year. Congratulations to the Depot staff!
